Tracy Pham

Treasurer

Tracy came to the United States in the 90’s when she was in high school. She then continued on and received her B.A degree at the University of Florida and her Masters at Webster University.

After college, Tracy joined the Peace Corps and volunteer to teach English in Thailand for a year. After that, she started teaching high school & middle school math for almost 15 years.

She then had a career change and worked as a mortgage loan officer for over 5 years and recently got her real estate license to help with the expansion of Golden Pen Realty business. Besides having multiple roles in Real Estates, Tracy is also a Wellness Coach who loves nutrition and wellness and helping other people to improve their lives through healthy nutrition. In her free time, Tracy also enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, gardening, especially ballroom dancing and relaxing on the beach. Tracy loves to spend time with her family especially her niece AiLien and her nephew Andrew. She loves to spoil them whenever she gets the chance. Tracy’s favorite quote is “Carefully watch your thoughts, for they become your words. Manage and watch your words, for they will become your actions. Consider and judge your actions, for they have become your habits. Acknowledge and watch your habits, for they shall become your values.
