Franchesca Williams

Secretary

Franchesca Williams is a native of Jacksonville, FL and resides in Green Cove Springs, FL currently. She is the SVP, Director of Third-Party Risk Management at Ameris Bank and brings 14+ years of experience specializing in third-party risk management in the financial services sector. Prior to her role at Ameris, she served as the Vice President of Third-Party Risk Management at VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, FL. In these roles, she has been responsible for managing the third-party risk management program and team providing risk oversight and governance associated with third parties. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

She currently holds the Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager IV (CRVPM IV) certification, Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) certification, and a CCM Advanced Practitioner (CCMAP) certification.

Franchesca serves as the Secretary of the board for the Mayor’s Asian American Advisory Board for Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to her volunteer time with the Mayor’s Asian American Advisory Board, she also serves as Secretary for the Asian Chamber of Commerce for North Florida. She is passionate about helping to further promote Asian businesses and cultures to thrive throughout North Florida. When she is not volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and practicing the martial art of Tang Soo Do.
