VICE-CHAIRMAN: Each Vice President, if one or more is elected, will have such powers and perform such duties as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the President. In the event of the absence or disability of the President, the Vice President or Vice Presidents will succeed to the President’s power and duties in the order designated by the Board of Directors. SECRETARY: The Secretary will attend all meetings of the Board of Directors, record all proceedings of such meetings in the minute book of the Corporation, and authenticate records of the Corporation. The Secretary will perform such other duties as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the Chairman. TREASURER: The Treasurer will have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Corporation, keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements, receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the Corporation, and deposit monies in the name of the Corporation in the depositaries designated by the Board of Directors, and perform all other duties as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the President. If required by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will give a bond for the faithful discharge of the Treasurer’s duties in the sum and with the surety or sureties that the Board of Directors determines.SUBCOMMITTEES DUTIESMEMBERSHIP CHAIR: Responsible for growing and maintaining the membership base of the Chamber, including outreach to new members, member engagement and retention, and membership benefits and services. EVENTS CHAIR: Responsible for planning and executing events and programs that promote the Chamber's mission and provide value to members, such as networking events, educational workshops, and community outreach events. EDUCATION CHAIR: Responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and resources that provide members with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in business, such as seminars, webinars, and training sessions. SPONSORSHIP CHAIR: Responsible for securing sponsorships and partnerships with businesses and organizations that support the Chamber's mission and events, and managing relationships with sponsors to ensure their continued involvement and support. PUBLIC RELATIONS CHAIR: Responsible for managing the Chamber's external communications, including media relations, social media, and website content, and promoting the Chamber's events and initiatives to the broader community. MARKETING CHAIR: Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the Chamber and its events and initiatives, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
