As Chairman, Scott is involved in organizational strategy, governance, financial oversight, real estate and facility development, executive leadership, and long-term growth initiatives.

Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of Murray Hill Ministries since 2025, the nonprofit ministry arm of the 31-year-old Murray Hill Theatre in Jacksonville. Murray Hill Ministries uses music, live events, and community outreach to positively impact young people and the broader Jacksonville community, hosting approximately 50–100 concerts, performances, and community events annually.

As the son of a Vietnamese immigrant and a longtime entrepreneur, the Chamber’s mission is personally and professionally meaningful to him. He wants to help grow the Chamber, strengthen member engagement, build relationships across Northeast Florida’s business community, and create opportunities for Asian-owned businesses and the next generation of entrepreneurs.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, finance, construction, real estate, project management, and entrepreneurship. As a business owner and nonprofit board leader, he has extensive experience in business development, networking, strategic partnerships, organizational growth, governance, and community engagement, all of which he believes will be valuable as Membership Chair.
